논문초록 State-of-the-art inorganic emitters (IEs), such as perovskite and quantum dots (QDs), are promising emitters due to their high color-purity and luminescence quantum yield. However, they suffer from not only instability against chemicals and humidity but also limited patternability, which hinders their practical application. Herein, we report siloxane resin-based IEs, in which the siloxane resin can be chemically crosslinked with the organic ligands of perovskite or QDs by UV exposure. Furthermore, they can be directly micro-patterned through selective UV exposure maintaining their PLQY more than 210 days, even when immersed in water. This is because the siloxane resin moderately controlled infiltration of water molecules into the IEs, inducing effective defect passivation. We believe that our strategy, combining siloxane resin with IEs, will provide a universal solution to secure extremely stable luminescence and micro-patterning of the IEs for full-color microdisplays, simultaneously.
